Very slow and non communicative. Booked a inspection but 3 days later they had not even picked up the phone to arrange a visit.

Had to chase them and even then they could not give a date to even arrange an inspection in the future.

Should have just said they have difficulty arranging inspections 3 days ago when i called them,

Very good Amin plenty of calls, emails advising when and how it will go. Engineer called prior to the installation to check all ok . On the day the guys were very early and very quick. A great job do far .

I contacted the team requesting an asbestos survey before I completed my purchase on a property.
They managed to get the survey done quickly and kept me updated on the time frame for the results.
Once they results came back they issued a clear and informative report. They also answered my follow up questions quickly along with a quote for the work to be carried out.

Excellent service from both the office staff and team who removed our garage.

Phil and Katherine and team were excellent from start to finish - they organised a clear survey of the property, with clear illustrations about where positive asbestos tests were found. The quality of the reports were excellent, so that I could make an informed choice about what to do next. When they removed the asbestos floor tiles, it was done efficiently and the areas were left clean. Overall, I am delighted with this service, they gave me peace of mind. Highly recommend.
