Just a customer warning about this company.

We were clients of this company since 2016 until 2023. Fulfilled our contract with them and served notice to terminate January 2023.

During the seven years we have been with them we have experienced over and in parts very poor service. The soft phone app Horizon that they use is quite honestly shocking.

So, now after 7 months after termination we receive a Letter Before Action for approximately £2,500 alleging that our termination is defective. Even though good notice has been communicated and they received it because we have email evidence that they received it.

If you are considering dealing with this shambolic company then be aware and understand how they operate. Old school sharp practice and deploy all sorts of tactics to keep you paying even when they know you want to leave and have served them good notice under their own terms

Their account department’s favourite phrase is ‘we’ll get back to you’ nothing gets resolved. Their service is also well below the service we now have in place Yeaster.

Do not sign up to these their internet is terrible and there is zero support!! Do not put your business in their hands, they are a joke. Every week we’ve had issues within them over 12 months, it’s at a point where we have to take legal action to leave them
