Truly excellent experience at Fields.
Our old American fridge/freezer (Maytag) stopped working. We went to Fields and got super advice from Conor in the Gerrards Cross store and ended up buying a Siemens model.

Came today and the Fields team were excellent-- brought protective materials for the carpet, took out the old model and fitted the new one in.

I have purchased over 10 appliances from fields in the past. When I contacted them to complain that the oven I had purchased from them had stopped working they couldn't even be bothered to come out and look at it. Just saying that I must have a problem with the electrics in my house. I try to use local businesses when ever I can, but if you are looking for a local company to provide you with good local customer care then dont waste you time and money with Fields. They are truley appalling, and from what they have told me they dont have anyone with the relevant tools or knowledge to identify and remedy any after sales problem you may have.
