Exceptional customer service from start to finish. I needed about $10,000 of repairs to my vehicle after extensive damage from the hail storm this spring. Finest Auto Hail picked up my dormant insurance claim, managed all the necessary paperwork and paid my deductible so that I didn’t owe a dime.

When I wasn’t happy with the touch-up paint that had been applied to a couple of small chips on my hood, they were considerate and responsive to my concerns. They agreed to correct the issue, even while explaining that their technician’s notes indicated the damage itself likely predated the hail storm. Their follow-up work went above and beyond and my car looks amazing.

I highly recommend Finest Auto Hail, for both quality of work and their customer care.

Incredible service!!! I would not go anywhere else to get hail damage repair, my car looks brand new! And.. they will cover your deductible. No joke. Highly highly highly recommend this place if you need hail repair

Pretty terrible experience with these guys.
- Asked me to come get my vehicle before it was done
- When I did come get it, there were deep scratches on my driver side door that they simply used a touch up pen on.
- I actually got rid of this vehicle and the work was never completed but when I called to let them know I was washing my hands of this car, they told me they had already closed out my file.
- Terrible communication throughout the process
- They store your car in a packed outdoor lot in a pretty shady part of town, yet their docs say they have a daily fee for indoor storage if you don't proceed with the work.

The work they did was pretty good but based on the reviews, I apparently drew the short stick with these guys.

Staff was extremely friendly and patient explaining the process. Service was quick and efficient as well. I was nervous about leaving my work vehicle but they took four days to return my vehicle. They helped with the car rental booking and costs which eased my financial worry. My car looks great!
