What a great company! Super efficient, reasonably priced and such quality workmanship! Had a fire fitted for my daughter’s house and it just looks sensational! Rob is so lovely and very accommodating, and as a family run business I cannot recommend highly enough! Thank you so much fireclass!

Brian and Rob from FIreclass installed a new fireplace yesterday.

We went to Fire Class after a family member had recommended them to us. The first time we went into the shop we were greeted by Brian, he asked us what we were looking for and put on the display fires and surrounds. He showed us a few fires and left us to look around at our own leisure. He was very knowledgeable and didn't push us to buy anything he even recommended other fireplace shops we could visit. We saw a few that we liked but wasn't sure on sizes so he give us some brochures to take home with us. The second time we visited we had decided we would purchase a fire and surround from the showroom. Brian asked us about the size we wanted and he showed us a few fires and surrounds and we chose the one we wanted. He came to our house to do measurements that day and told us it would be delivered to the store in around 4 weeks. As a bonus it came early. When installing the new fire and surround Brian and Rob were very professional and completed the job to an amazing standard. They were very tidy and cleared up after themselves. Would definitely recommend this company to others.

Wow 🤩 my faith has been restored with Fireclass , very informative really helped me and helped me find just what I was looking for.(so patient with me as I was so indecisive) I found Fireclass down to earth realistic and totally on the ball .
They communicated well and delivered on time.
The installation went very well they did on and above and fitted some tv brackets for me . The job was left to a high standard and they tidied up after themselves.
So pleased I went with this company 10/10

On entering the showroom ,which was well stocked both my wife and I were made to feel very welcome. After what seemed quite a lengthy chat with Brian who from the outset was very safety conscious and knowledgeable on both gas and electric fires we chose an electric fire and surround. On the day chosen for the install Brian was punctual and started the fitting process , his son Rob joined him and the work progressed well. They both respected our property and when the work was completed they cleaned everything . my wife and I were delighted with the install and would have no hesitation in recommending this company to anyone looking to purchase a new fire.

From our initial visit to the shop to the final fitting, it was faultless. Brian is extremely knowledgeable and gives great advice. He and his son have removed a gas fire and surround and made good (very good) the brickwork. He installed a wooden surround that we had already bought, installed a tiled hearth and tiled the back. Also fit electrics for a future electric stove that we will eventually purchase. They were both very respectful of the property and tidied up completely after themselves.
We made the right choice choosing this local company and couldn't be happier. We would highly recommend to anyone.
