I was there today for atleast one screw in my tire and one possibly in another tire. Without an appointment I was told 1 1/2 - 2 hours wait.
I had a screw in each of my left tires which were repaired for 79.00 including balancing.
I want to commend Firestone on their customer service as well as their honesty as I had gone to a competitor who said I would need two new tires in my 2024 Tesla. Screws were in the middle of each tire.

Very pleased with the service received at this location. The guy at the front desk and the mechanic were very pleasant and genuinely helpful. I felt taken care of from the moment I walked in until I left.They explained everything that was happening so I had a full understanding. I felt confident in knowing my car was going to be fine. Keep up the good work!

Worst location. Despite making a 7am appointment and being in the store at 7am I was told I was next in line. The manager, George said neither appointments nor walk-ins go first so I was very confused? After sitting there for 2 hours, I left. The shop called later that week and insisted I could come back the following weekend to be helped- the right way. Shop manager said to come in at 8am when his guys are there and he would take care of me. I waited, again, another 3 hours for an oil change. Manager actually got upset with me because I wanted to know why this was taking so long. Turns out, I needed new front brakes so they were holding up my car service to inform me. I would say stay far away from this location. No accountability or professionalism.

The gentleman, Bruno, at the front desk of the Firestone in Coral Springs (2020 N University Dr) was absolutely phenomenal. He was so patient, calm, professional, knowledgeable and INFORMATIVE! Even if he didn’t know the answer to something, he made sure to find out from the proper people to help me with my car needs. He provided such great quality service that most auto care places don’t have anymore. I called about a solid 5-7 times because I had different questions regarding the issues on my dad’s car and he was so kind enough to patiently help me through it all. Bruno, you’re going to do great things! Keep it up and please don’t let these nasty customers change how you give the best & highest quality of services!

6 hours and counting for an oil change. Requested an appointment and never got a confirmation. Showed up at 7:30am and I was told it would take about three hours. Her it is 1:50pm and nothing has been done to my vehicle. I called to find out what was going on and I was told a tech would start working on it soon, that was an hour ago and my car hasn’t been touch still. I must be a glutton for punishment because I keep trying to get basic services completed at this location out of convenience and I keep getting treated like crap. Put the wrong tire sizes on my car and the tech blamed me. Scratched up my rims putting on the small tires and again blamed me. I cannot express how disappointed I am with the service I’ve received and I will never bring any of my vehicles back to this location.

I am disappointed because I have done service with this location several times and never had an issue. I had gotten my tires done and they recommended I come in another day to do 3 things for maintenance. I said yes and came in early morning when they opened and the car was there the whole day plus I paid around $400 for all 3 services.
I go to my usual place for my oil change and they showed me the car and that my coolant was messed up and damn near empty and froth at the top, but no leak whatsoever. I even showed them the Firestone receipt of the service they did and the employee said that it was clearly not done. That was one of the services that Firestone did which cost me $115.
If you do not provide the service but still charge me and keep my car there all day, then be appropriate and say something or to come in another day. Don't charge me and not provide service, extremely unacceptable. I understand business gets busy but be honest.

Bruno.... a real salesman I walked out with just what I wanted my oil changed. I had an appointment waited than expected no one else's was in line for oil change quite a few problems were on going when arrived that had me nervous to begin with continued to wait then finally got it done. Oil was still dark black on napkin had to make sure on premises before closing they did what was needed he said yes although he don't work on cars only pc system. If there's a lot going before you get in a building best not leave your car.

Jorge the manager is a top notch professional . My mechanic AJ , is the last of dying breed . You won’t find many knowledgeable , honest mechanics these days . A company is only as good as its employees . You better hold on to these two employees Firestone . My advice to anyone reading this review: “bring your vehicle here , it’s in good hands “ and my message to Firestone :”give these two guys a raise “
