The U5 bus completely ignored passengers waiting in the bus stop and passed by while there was obviously still plenty of room in the bus. First Bus is really good at destroying people’s life. The buses never shows up as per the timetable in Bath. Shame on you!

I wish this had a negative star rating! 1 star is too kind for this company!!!!! One of the most terrible bus service in the world!!!! Mostly always late and high fare!!!

Bus crashed and made us late. Took many emails to even get them to refund the ticket. They promised to send a voucher, it never came. More emails later they said they would send it by recorded delivery. It never came. They never answered any more emails requesting the tracking number or refund!! Not to mention the well known problems with their service as described by others here. The worst public transport I've ever seen

I honestly think this might be the Council’s strategy to encourage people to walk instead of using public transport, which works quite well when you think about it actually, yet many people prefer to drive instead, unfortunately.
Half of the buses advertised on their website, or mobile app, never show up, the ones that show up are never on time. Shame they don’t have much competition in the area, otherwise they wouldn’t have survived with their massively unreliable service, rude drivers and whatnot.

I have been travelling from Bath to Wells and return for half year and I can’t really stand or tolerate the service they provide any more. Today the bus has totally missed out without turning up.

When I call the customer services they said they are very sorry and have no light on why this happened . They cannot ensure the next bus is coming as well.

While I pay £88 every month, what I have in return is very frequent Late and missing bus which make my salary deducted due to my late for work. I am really frustrated about that and wonder what this company can do to compensate up for my time and money lost from my work

Repeated cancelled busses, drivers who routinely pose a danger to other traffic, especially pushbikes, and ticket prices that increase, whilst service quality continues to decrease. A truly despicable company. I have made two complaints, and never had a single reply.

Dear city council and transportation department,

There needs to be a change in the public transportation. Millions of people rely on it, we rely on it for school, for work, for shopping for food. It's rarely on time, and sometimes don't even show up. How come you encourage us to take public transportation and reduce carbon emission, when what you provide us is terrible? Life has become so miserable for people like us who relies on public transportation.

The fee is expensive, it's expensive! It's not just some spare change, we are not happy spending so much money on a service that doesn't respect us.

There is no competition for first bus so I guess they can just be as terrible as they want to be?! We need the council to step in, this has become unacceptable!

The amount of times the buses never turn up! If they do they leave too early or extremely late. I pay 75 pounds a month and have often my money deducted from my pay because of the invisible buses which never turn up!!!
