Had a $240 shirt made of Turkish hemp material with specific cleaning instructions and my shirt was burnt and is ruined. I've yet to approach Orlando cleaners about the issue so we will see if they make this right.

Great experience. Dropped off a dress shirt to be dry cleaned and pressed. Shirt was competed much sooner than expected! Such kind customer service. I will definitely return to First Class Cleaners. The drive up service is a huge plus! Highly recommend!!

I wasn't really planning on leaving a review but they started spam emailing me asking for a review when I was told my email wouldn't be used except to contact me when my dry cleaning was ready for pickup. So I had to unsubscribe to their emails that I never wanted to receive in the first place.
Furthermore, when I clicked on the link to leave a review in their emails, it took me to a page of their own website where I could select the number of stars for my review but it wouldn't let me proceed to finish my rating and review. When I chose the star rating it redirected me to a 404-page not found, so I had to come to Google to leave this review. On that note, their website has no pricing and is not very well built or user friendly.

The pricing is hidden (not available on their website and not posted in their physical location). They also apparently don't know their own pricing because when I asked, I was told that my total would be about $45 including the 25% fee to pick up the dry cleaning the next day. But upon picking up the dry cleaning the charge was over $53. I only had a two-piece suit and a blazer that were dry cleaned. Not only does the price seem quite expensive to me, but $53+ is not the same as "approximately $45".

They also promised the order would be ready by or before 5pm, but it wasn't ready until 5:17pm and they are only open until 6pm. Overall, I don't believe they conduct their business in an honest and ethical manner as this was my first and last experience because of how they say one thing and then do another. If you quote a price, make sure it's accurate. If you say it will be ready by a certain time, make sure it's ready on time.

I will not return to this dry cleaner, nor would I recommend them. If you do use them I'd recommend you get a written quote upfront that includes when it will be ready for pickup so you have proof of the price and pickup time they quoted you and don't get ripped off.

Great customer service and our items are usually done the day before promised, which is a bonus. We use them primarily for dry cleaning and the pressing of suits.

The cleaner’s do a great job and are always on time but the price for a woman’s pair of shorts and a top ( no buttons) together was $27.00. I think that is astronomical! I don’t know if I will be returning.

One of the services 1st Class Cleaners offers is some Leather alterations and repairs. They can repair leather shoes, glue problems, heels. Recently they were able to resize, and restitch, two of my favorite leather belts. 1st Class Business.

They did a real nice job on the dry cleaning but a bit pricey. For the little dry cleaning that we need, the extra cost is balanced with the convenient proximity to our home.

Like the email communication when items are ready for pickup. Also, like the drive-thru option.

I was skeptical the cleaners would welcome the challenge of putting a new zipper in my quite heavy leather jacket. They took it in, sent it out, and it came back in fine shape, far less damage to the leather than I anticipated. Whoever did it, knows their craft. Enjoyed discussing it with the proprietor, nice doing business.
