Quick service and easy drop off but beware of accurate services provided. Took my accord in for an oil change under the Honda “Minder B package” which states it includes a top off of all fluids and a tire inspection. Fischer told me my tread depth was at 2/32” and needed immediate replacement. Something didn’t feel right so I took my car to another mechanic a week later and found that my tire tread depth was actually 5/32” and that the coolant was still low and never “topped off”. Would suggest verifying services with mechanic after taking a vehicle here.

I’ve been taking our Hondas to Fisher for about a year now, since moving to the area, and really appreciate the way this place treats and communicates with its customers. This morning I went in for what I thought would be a needed repair on the Civic, and Greg immediately said he suspected he knew what was wrong and that we’d fix it in a minute. And that was it - I was out of there in a few minutes. And on top of that, I like knowing that I’m doing business with a locally owned family dealership. The people who work there seem to be really good people, and I appreciate that.

I originally came to Fisher Honda to get an out of pocket quote for a few scratches on my driver side passenger door. It was a brand new car just 3 months old. Ken assisted me on getting the quote. He was very friendly, funny and easy to talk to. I was able to get a quick quote and details on how the repair process would work. Once I decided to go through insurance, Ken handled the repairs and estimating with my insurance. There were a couple of money discrepancies I had to straighten out with both parties. Still, there was good communication on both sides on that process once the final estimate was provided. I received my car in less than 2 weeks and it looked great. Like nothing ever happened. I'm so glad I went to Fisher Honda as they matched the paint perfectly. Ken was amazing.

Greg K. at Fisher Honda is the MAN! Very kind customer service. I brought my bike to my appointment with intentions on riding it home. But Greg insisted on a complimentary Uber. While I waited for my car to be serviced he made sure my bike was safe and sound. Also great communication via phone.

I recently moved to Boulder from another state, and I am on my 4th Honda CR-V, this one a hybrid. I thought my old dealership was amazing when it came to a great service department, but Fisher Honda has raised the bar! Harry (in service), and the folks at the reception desk, made my day. No specifics necessary—suffice to say that I am grateful for Harry’s kindness, and it was fun to watch the Saturday crew as they interacted with customers in an amazingly kind, patient, and professional manner. And the members of the service department truly acted like a team—a pleasure to experience in these days of so much social tension. (Oh, and please wish Bob “Happy Birthday,” again! Thanks so much.)

I did not have an appointment but they were able to get me in for a A 1 2 service no problem. I had to wait about 1.5 hours but there is a really good taco truck just down the street in the parking lot of the old dinner theater. Went and had a great lunch and a nice little walk. The service was no BS, they didn't try any tricks and made sure to call me before doing anything to my car. Lastly, and this might not be a big deal to a lot of people, but I noticed the concierge was A LOT taller than me. He returned my car and did not move the seat. I really appreciate that fact! It is the little customer service things that make a place get the 5th star, they did those. I almost forgot Greg Kubler. He was the advisor I worked with and he was great and straight forward. He told me what needed fixed and even held onto the oil plan plug to show me why it needed to be replace; I appreciate that.

On 8-19-24, I took my Honda CRV in for the non-appointment quick service oil change, and get checked out for an upcoming road trip. I got right in and met with Greg K. He was very professional and friendly. He explained the service and insured that it went quickly. Very veteran friendly. Recommended.

I have normally appreciated the level of service at Fisher Honda. But this time, it is a mix of appreciation and disappointment.
I have a Honda Pilot 2008. I brought it in for a timing belt service which cost a bit over $1600, and the staff graciously provided for my Uber rides to and from my home. Really appreciated that.
A week after the service, the car was sidelined on the road because the battery ran out during a drive. I replaced it with a brand new battery.
Then a week later, the car had to pull over for a dead battery again. I started to believe that the alternator had not charged the battery, and the replacement of the drive belt had to do something with it.
The car was brought back to Fisher for inspection. It was found that the alternator was broken, and I was quoted over $1100 to have it replaced.
Quite confused and overwhelmed, I asked how the alternator suddenly broke after a drive belt replacement. The explanation was that the alternator could have been degraded, and the new drive belt was tight and could have brought the ultimate death to the alternator.
To be totally fair, the service staff worked hard to bring down the cost of the replacement of the alternator to less than half ($498). But things could have been better if the more testing of the peripheral devices of the drive belt had been performed after the replacement. I ended up with $330 of the towing charges and a couple hours on the side of the highway.
Really appreciated the staff for getting my car back on the road and minimizing the cost, albeit it was costly. Just being transparent here.
