I don't know what we would do without fitness factory, training with my wife has made our relationship stronger. I have made some great friends, it's a really friendly place to train. Thank you! Shout out to the team, all the personal trainers, especially Jon, you have always been helpful with your knowledge of suppliments and training advice, love the energy and the videos! I have read the other review on staff customer service. We all have different experiences, mine is very positive so not
judging anyone else.

A very good gym. Honestly such a great gym. I’d say the best in Leicester in terms of atmosphere, members/staff and the equipment they have. It’s so good. 100% recommend. The equipment I used today was something I’d never seen or used before and even was shown how I can use the equipment.

The staff are great and gave me a great tour around the gym and showed me where everything was.

Music is great it’s not that loud and good choice of music which gets you going. The equipment is spaced out everywhere so it’s really good and the paintings on the wall are great too.

Had such a great experience although I decided to walk it there which did take a while but was fully worth it and will possibly drive in the future when I join.

10/10 on everything would love to visit again and try out equipment for legs. Thanks for having me!

Such an amazing gym with friendly and welcoming staff & members.

Joined here in late 2020 having body image and self-esteem issues and was warmly welcomed by the staff and members. The members here will help you out as much as you need as well as the staff.

If you’re looking for a gym in leicester, definitely choose Fitness Factory.
