The internet is not the fastest but it works okay when streaming videos and movies. Customer services is not the best, when I called regarding the internet, the woman on the phone was rude, not helpful and simply hung up. This is not the first time they hung up and are rude instead of helping me understand what the problem with the internet is or how it can be fixed. Some training on manners and professionalism is for sure needed for some of these people.

I don't know where they find their crew but it is the right place! Every person I've met from this company, front desk, technicians, and engineers, are all so down to earth, smart, nice, and efficient! Thank you all for taking such good care of my mom.

Service was pretty good for DSL service. Never ha much problems with it. Was even able to steam net flix, even able to stream music , you get the message have a nice day.

Somone please bring another internet provider in this area. When it works it works but then when you tell them there is packet loss and the speed varies they never fix anything and when they check it they say everything works.
