Flame UK has been exceptional in our most recent project. They arranged a new meter and supplier for the incoming mains. As soon as we contacted Jake, they were extremely helpful. This project involved liaising with the IDNO, electrical contractors, the meter installation, and Flame frequently checked in with us to confirm dates and ensure the meter installation was completed without any issues. I would highly recommend Flame and plan on using them again on future projects.

We have used Flame UK since 2016 and have been very satisfied with the service they offer. They are really flexible around our needs as a business and most importantly there is a human contact at the end of the phone or in reply to an email (and we normally receive a reply within 30 minutes of emailing!) We have dealt a lot with Tammy in their customer hub and she has always been helpful and responsive. We would recommend their services.
