It has been my pleasure to deal with Fleming Engineering. I was recommended to use this Company by both my House Designer and a local builder. From my first request Craig worked on site and in the office to prepare the Engineering Drawings for Building Warrant which is now at final stage. The work was completed efficiently with no real input from me and was produced in a very reasonable time given the complexity of drawings and workload of the Company. I am very happy to recommend Fleming Engineering to Self Builders and others requiring Engineering input. Thank you very much.

Worked with Fleming Engineering on the removal of a load bearing wall in my flat. The guys were a pleasure to deal with and very knowledgeable. Would highly recommend them and I will definitely be using them again on future projects. Thanks again Stuart & Craig.

Awful company to deal with, incredibly unprofessional:

Ridiculous excuses for not carrying out work that’s been paid for months previous. (You’d think this company was a one man band. A single person getting covid and going on holiday means two offices and numerable staff can’t carry out their bread and butter work for several months 🤔.)

Zero communication.

Poor planning and generally disorganised.

Will only get in touch when you say you want a refund.

There are better options available, so go elsewhere. However, if you have time and money to burn, this is the company for you. Expect a comprehensively appalling service.

Although Fleming have been useless, it has certainly taught us a valuable lesson.

I recently asked for the details of the services I paid for and got the response in the screenshot attached. Essentially, If I don’t change this review, I don’t get the SI details for my building warrant application. So, now I have to pay for a new one. Very unprofessional Mr. Fleming!
