Awful company. Long waits on customer service calls. Promised deliveries never happen. We have waited for 3 failed deliveries. We ordered a month ago and still nothing. Now no gas in the property. Don't waste your time with them. Shop elsewhere.

probably one of the worst companies I have dealt with in current times. Deliveries don't arrive on time, no call back from local depot. Customer services wait on the phone is 15 minutes to be told that the depot will call. Nothing. We moved from Calor to Flogas biggest mistake we made.

In these uncertain times it was nice to find their depot open for business. They had exactly what I wanted and I even saved money buying direct from them.
We’ll be having a lot of bbq’s over the next 3 weeks thanks to flogas. Just hope the weather co-operates.

I am still in the middle of a dispute with Flogas (which has gone on for 2 years) after they failed to supply me with gas for a number of days, leaving myself, wife and three young children freezing cold. I have discovered they do not sign up to the energy ombudsman so you have no independent recourse for dispute settlement - they make their own rules. I have had the most awful experience with them, please beware before trusting them with your gas supply.
