We are delighted with our carpet which looks and feels wonderful. Roland and Martin were both incredibly helpful and efficient and gave a very personal touch throughout the process. We couldn’t be more thrilled. Having our carpets done was a huge purchase and important decision for us, and we couldn’t be happier with the result. Roland and Martin were brilliant at advising us through the process and working with us to find the perfect carpets and solution for what we were looking for. Alan who fitted our carpets is a master at what he does and not a single detail was missed - he is not only excellent at what he does but he’s hardworking, professional and very polite. I asked Floors of Distinction to quote to re-sand and varnish our hall floor. They came on time on the agreed day and worked very well. They were clean and tidy and did an amazing job. We are delighted with the results.

We went to Floors of Distinction as we were looking for LVT for our downstairs flooring. Roland and the team were great, we went to view various samples at their showroom and were able to explain our situation (middle of construction and concrete screed Sub floor). Roland and the team were able to offer advice and came and placed hydrometers to measure the humidity of the screed as it needed to be at a certain level before the LVT could be laid. There was great communication throughout, and install was done without any issues. It's now been well over a year since our install and flooring has been perfect with no issues arisen.
I highly recommend Floors of distinction, their customers service is great, offer a good selection and reasonable prices.
