This company is the worst choice for sending parcels. I've been a customer for three years, but their service has deteriorated significantly. They charge exorbitant prices, fail to file claims, and create numerous problems for customers, including myself. The director, Dee Kaur, doesn't provide a satisfactory experience. I recommend using an alternative parcel company for better service.

Was assured twice of e-mail with assembly instructions for a trolley I bought which didn't have any included, but it never came.
Rang today and held on for ages as 'all agents busy'. Rang a different number and office closed by 3.30 in the afternoon! I told them yesterday I needed info to be able to use the trolley today, as it is one with a seat to help my recent dizzy spells. Very fed up! Bet they close all weekend so no help tomorrow either.
