We had planned significant renovations in our house, consisting of a complete new floor in the attic, to accommodate three bedrooms and a bathroom, as well as opening up the downstairs to gain open plan living space. Niall was recommended to us by a friend who had work done previously. Niall was very professional throughout the process and from the outset it was clear that he was efficient and skilled in his field. He listened to our ideas, and gave suggestions and advice to enhance what we had envisioned for our renovations. His design was creative and modern, while complementing the age and style of our house, and he responded to all of our suggestions, incorporating them into the final drawings. He demonstrated a real flair for design and innovation.
Once completed, the plans for our renovation were exactly as we had envisioned, with added extras which Niall had suggested, such as a mezzanine overlooking the open plan area.
Throughout the planning stage, Niall supported us with planning and building warrants, and was available to discuss all aspects of the design and answered any questions which we had.
We would definitely recommend Niall and Flow Design for planning and design projects.
