Appointed 10 of Feb, I finally received the EPCs on the 14 of April. An ordeal to obtain the certificates, constantly had to chase them, paid additional charges because they used the wrong address on the certificates despite having visited the site and being clearly specified in my original request...on top of disagreements on the improvement recommendations...apparently changing from single to double glazing is not an improvement for them...painful experience. Wouldn't reccommend it.

Initial contact and arrangement was good however we booked an EPC assessment two weeks in advance only to find on the particular day nobody turned up. No telephone call to advise non attendance and I only found out that the person who was supposed to turn up had car failure but I had to chase to ascertain where the inspector was. Very disappointed how it was handled and the lack of communication to the client . If you book please ensure someone will turn up. In all honesty I think they forgot the booking but just couldn’t admit it.
Now found somebody else.

Sam and his team were very accommodating on urgent SAP calculation. They turned around the calculation in 3 working days and provided everything required for building control sign off. Would thoroughly recommend and will used again !

Great at first communication dealt with christina and william, once they issued the report we had queries as they had changed the design of the building from the approved architectural drawings, specifying 170mm cavity walls, and thus changing the overall internal dimensions of the project, when we questioned this they said its all fine to add 170mm insualtion to the inside or the outside of the wall, well this doesnt work if we are working within a confined space, sincve then we have sent a few emails to them asking for alternatives, there has been no reponse to our emails, we have since gone to another energy consultant who has made the original approved drawings work with different energy solutions. waste of time and money.
