The EPC version of a jealous ex that needs a restraining order…
Asked for a quote online and have received a total of 4 phone calls, 4 texts and 4 emails in the lapse of a week from these guys.
Their quote was not even that bad but I decided to go with another company out of principle.
Guys: People ask for quotes all the time and if they don’t get back to you it probably means they are not interested.

We had our EPC evaluation done recently. The gentleman Ross who we have contacted booked us in quickly in slot that was ideal for us. The evaluation went well and smooth, he has explained step by step what it involves what he is checking and provided us with a recommendation for how to improve things. He was very helpful and professional. Would highly recommend the company!

An excellent service in every way!!! The Assessor that attended, Mr Sam Guest, was prompt, efficient and pleasant to deal with. The cost was highly competitive and the whole process of the assessment was actioned with the minimum of fuss. For landlords like myself who value their time and need a no-nonsense approach to this process, this is most definitely the Company to call.

When Sam called me following my online enquiry for EPC quote, he pleasantly surprised me by being interested in the premises vs in getting my card number...!

Sam offered a very competitive price, and was prompt, efficient, polite and patient before, during and after the inspection of the premises (when he learnt that I’ve never dealt with EPCs previously, he took time to explain things in detail, and provided valuable advice).

Very disappointed in the service provided. Appointed this company to do a SAP report.
Made 3 attempts to produce the report - non of which met current building regulations and even incorrect property details reported. Caused stress and time delays - had to appoint a different provider to provide accurate, .compliant report at additional cost. Wouldn't recommend.

The first time I used this company they were efficient. The second time around they were not good at all. Dealt with two different representatives who made promises to me concerning an Energy Efficiency Test and certificate and at the time of writing this I still haven't received the certificate. I paid the fee upfront, but still haven't received the certificate. Their delay is costing me money daily. Had I known they would not keep their word, I would have gone to another company. Very disappointed with the service.
