I had been faffing around for 2 STRESSFUL days trying to fix a horrible problem involving 3 phones, 2 SIMs and a lost contacts list. Then one of the phones stopped working altogether right in the middle of all this.
Then, Charlie in Fone Solutions Bath just became my own personal Yoda. EVERYONE else in all the high street shops like CPWarehouse and EE and Vodafone and O2 were either clueless or uninterested or told me it couldn't be done and to 'buy' a new something or other...
Charlie took hold of my problem; gripped it; made it his own; and then fixed it all. Right in front of me. Once I had explained the horribly complex problem, he had a think and started doing magic.... Next thing I knew he had soldered a bit of one phone; cut a SIM to fit; transferred Data; fixed a SIM and basically solved 2 days of stress for me in about 30 minutes.
This kind of dedication and capability is priceless IMO.
I'm so relieved. Why would anyone go anywhere else to solve a problem?
Don't! Don't even bother going anywhere else - Charlie in Fone Solutions Bath just became my own personal Yoda - Thank You.

So glad I found this place! The internal camera lens in my iphone was smashed, Apple told me the phone was a write off and so I purchased a new phone for over a grand... walked around the corner and found this place - they repaired the camera module for £85 and it works perfectly and like new! Returned new phone to apple and saved a lot of money! Thank you Charles!

I had an issue with my phone, and went to several shops around town that wouldn't help me. This shop helped me immediately, and fixed my problem in front of me with no issues. Really helpful staff and great shop! Thank you!

My phone refused to turn on, After going to Apple they stated there was “water damage” so wanted to charge £670. Andy fixed my phone within 30mins for £20.

AVOID!!!!

I had gone to the Apple Store to see what the problem was and then came here to get it done at a cheaper price. It was a an issue with my charging port and I told them the issue and they told me it just need a clean. I told them that it needed fixing and not a clean. I payed around £20 to get it clean (rip off lol), of course I left and came back the next day because it didn’t work. They fixed the problem I had originally told them (they tried to make me pay the full price but I told them to take the money off that I had already paid for the clean and they did but after some convincing). They also changed my battery out of the ‘goodness of there heart’. my sister also had a really really big issue with them and they told me to tell my dad that they did it for free (trying to win brownie points). Anyway, two months later the new battery they put in popped out my phone. I don’t write bad reviews but I really wouldn’t want anyone else to waste there money here

Just had my screen repaired somewhere else after having the screen repaired here previously, and was showed that during the repair done here the amount of dirt that had been left inside the phone, the glue had not been properly removed meaning it was not properly sealed, and the new screen had been damaged when installing / the screen was not a new screen. Was also charged over £100 for this service - which was clearly not done properly (most recent repair was half the price, for a much better job and the quality of my screen display is now significantly improved compared to screen provided here)

Went in to get my camera glass on the Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra replaced and was super happy. He fixed within 45 minutes, what another phone repair company was not able to do. Very friendly, quick and the price was good too. Thank you so much
