I contacted ForagePlus by email more than once for advice on what to feed my 3 horses. I got a thorough reply on what to feed & how much. The best part was that they can all have the same, which makes buying their feed so much easier. My mare is also going to Stud soon so another email was sent & once again had a very quick and thorough response. I’m very happy & their customer service has been fantastic. I’d highly recommend!

After having nearly 3 year of constant issues and my mare ending up needing surgery. I took a look at everything going on in my horses life, one big part was her nutrition.
I emailed the customer service department and I was blown away by the detailed communication I received back, not only offering advice to what feed to try but explanations into why and how this may work.
I have followed their recommendations and I am so pleased with the results, my fussy horse enjoys her feeds, her excitability/spooking has calmed, her coat for a grey actually shines and she looks good.
I also have changed a lot of other things with my mare but I do believe this has played a massive part.
The team also go above and beyond, so thank you for all your support ❤️

Have recently changed to forage plus products so still assessing how they are helping. Given five stars though due to the quick efficient service from Forage plus which included free detailed advice and selection of suitable products for my two good doers both of whom are susceptible to metabolic issues but living well and barefoot on a relatively minimal grass track. The advice was detailed but easy to follow and I am seeing some weight loss, improvement in cost/ feet and some more energy in my ridden Gypsy Cob who was recently diagnosed with Coffin joint arthritis.Will certainly be continuing to feed Forage plus products

Great service and advice when needed regarding which balancer to use. We have had some fantastic results when using both equine winter balancer and skin and hoof balancer…our farrier stated he had never seen so much foot growth!! Will definitely continue to use forage plus products

The guys at Forageplus have been outstanding in helping us out with our ponies diets and they offer sound, practical advice as well as all the science to back up what they say and do. Their products are excellent, consistent and well priced. Always approachable, never patronising if you don't understand the 'science stuff' and just get the feeling that they want the best for your dobbins rather than just wanting to sell you their products. I really can't rate them highly enough and this should be your one stop-regular stop in getting sound advice about feeding your horse, regardless if a it's a woolly paddock potato or world class competition horse. Been ordering hay and supplements for a few years now with forage plus and it’s always been a great experience. Had a bad experience with latest hay delivery to which I asked for a partial refund of the delivery fee (£30) to compensate for the ordeal. Was met with an unprofessional attitude, was actually threatened with an ultimatum and was told my request was unfair. Forage Plus are amazing when things go right, but in my opinion they need to really consider how they deal with problems moving forward. I’m still in a bit of shock. When I pay for delivery, I do not pay for unprofessional delivery drivers.

UPDATE: I find the response from Forage Plus again very disgusting and the reason for leaving a review in the first place as their customer service requires work. Forage Plus know the reason why I didn’t answer the phone and it’s not something I wish to share publicly. The driver damaged the trees on my property by driving dangerously, he nearly knocked me over in the process. Then proceeded to complain to me about my drive way. I paid for the delivery, I did not pay for the attitude or dangerous behaviour from the driver and nor should forage plus expect me to accept it! The owner of this company really does seem to have a chip on their shoulder.

I have been a customer with Forage Plus for several years now. I have a horse and a pony, each with widely differing issues - a seriously dentally challenged, loses condition in the blink of an eye, senior horse, & a lammy -prone good doer Welsh Section A cheeky pony. The nutritional and management advice and help I request and receive, in a very quick time too, has made all the difference to the equines, and to my peace of mind. I chose to use their supplements on the basis of this support, although it was not mandatory, but anyway I find them of very high quality and they seem to be doing an excellent job, given the superb condition of my 29 year old and the healthy weight of my pony. Everything I need at a one-stop shop - what's not to like!!
