What an incredible service! From the moment I started speaking to Nathan, I just knew that everything was going to be okay! He talked through everything with me, took away all of my fear, shame and embarrassment at needing help with my finances. He also reassured me that the most important thing was that I was taking control of the situation, and that it could be resolved. That meant a lot! Laura and Jessica were amazing as well, really kind and reassuring whilst also making sure that I had all of the information I needed to make the right decision for me and my future. Everything has now been approved with my IVA and, for the first time in a very long time, I actually feel positive about my financial future! After the birth of my daughter I found myself struggling financially especially for the last few months of my maternity, after many sleepless night (surprisingly not from having a newborn) I decided I really need to get things sorted as it's important to me that when I go back to work its to provide for my girls not just to keep getting by each month.
From the very beginning Nathan was absolutely fantastic he put my mind at ease instantly and wasn’t judgmental towards my situation. He was always available to answer my many questions no matter how big or small. I found him to be very professional, friendly and supportive from start to finish.
A lovely lady named Jessica handled my IVA and she always replied to my emails quickly and kept me updated throughout. I can’t thank them enough for all their help I feel as though a massive weight has been lifted off my shoulders and I’m so happy I finally decided to sort my finances out.

Very poor communication. I submitted information for an annual review over 7 months ago and NOW they are responding me asking for further information.
My previous annual review took them 9 mo ths to process and then 3 weeks after that they were asking for information for the next one.

It's a shame their communication skills are so poor, because their customer service team on the phones aren't too bad. Luckily not had any issues yet with massively increased payments, but I'll update this review regularly
