I've been attending Forum Events for a number of years, the IDAS event, Hotel Summit and Brit List awards.
The team at Forum are really friendly, informative and helpful. Most recently I was asked to speak at their IDAS event in Canary Wharf and the team were super. Sophie, Katy and Natasha were really supportive, kind and encouraging, the event space was great and organised really well. With about 35 delegates attending the panel, which was received really well. It was a great opportunity for me and we'll continue working with Forum events as they are so good at what they do.

I had a wonderful experience attending the CONTACT CENTRE & CUSTOMER SERVICES SUMMIT in London! I was fortunate enough to speak at this event to a room full of business professionals and executives, where I got to share tips and insights on how to elevate their customer's experience and their team in spectacular way!

Hannah delivered a session on 'Sustainability in Care' at the most recent Care Forum and found the team to be friendly, organised, and run a good event.
