If you're in the market for a full install of Solar Panels, Battery and EV Charger? Look no further, this team of professionals are absolutely brilliant... After trawling the Internet for Solar Energy installers I came across "Forward Energy" whom where really honest, hardworking and had the expertise to put together a system that I believe will save us a fortune in years to come. Especially in this "cost of living crisis"where we all see prices going up and people's wages stagnating.. Also, big thank you to Jordan, (Designer) whom must have the patience of a saint with all the questions that I was throwing at him.. When it came to the survey, Demitri came to our home and he was really, knowledgeable, professional and listened to our needs and plans and came up with the ideas and solutions for our installation. Adam (Electrician) came out initially to install our EV charger and battery. Once again, a really experienced, likeable guy whom did an excellent job. And on the day of the solar panels installation, Demetri, Adam and Jamie (Roofer) came to our house to complete the job. Even the scaffolding team whom came out were really nice guys and hard working. I've never seen scaffolding go up and down so efficiently. Well Done Team, you're all brilliant....

The installation itself was nothing short of brilliant. Adam, who carried out the install, was not only efficient but took the time to walk me through the Hypervolt App, ensuring I was fully comfortable with the setup and that everything was functioning perfectly. His attention to detail and customer care really stood out.

Looked at a complex solar and Tesla powerwall3 battery solution, reviewed multiple suppliers and came down to Forward Energy after meeting Demeitri the owner / installer. Down to earth, not hard sell, technical expertise and met all criteria. Installation went smoothly and all up and running. Not the cheapest but also good value overall. Fully recommend them.

I was looking up to install a Hypervolt EV charger and Alexander Zane came as the closest approved installer and selected them. Absolutely professional and responsive to the queries. Quick remote review on whatsapp followed by on time installation. The electricians were informational and installed the car charger neatly. Highly recommended.

Alexander Zane were recommended by Hypervolt as the closest approved installer. Process started with a whats app video call to review the location and connection needs before installation. On installation day, I was not at home however the family really appreciated the team's friendliness and professionalism. Only improvement would be to offer more payment methods. Definitely recommended!

Had a Hypervolt charger fitted at home. Alexander Zane were one of the companies recommended by Hypervolt to install their chargers. Efficient service right from the start. It always helps when seeing the person with whom you are dealing and I appreciated the FaceTime call from Demetri the same day that I contacted the company. He did exactly what he said he was going to do and sent a quote by email that evening. The earliest date for installation was just 8 days later. Two members of his team installed the charger 10 days later at my request. It was so refreshing to meet two young men who were polite and efficient. They even offered me a handshake before they left. In my experience, this is increasingly rare these days and it was so refreshing to see. Manners cost nothing but go a long way in my book. Thank you to Demetri and the team. I won't take delivery of my car for a couple of weeks so hopefully there will not be any problems with the charger working. Great service. Thank you.
