These guys were referred to me and they couldn't have been more helpful. The issue took longer than initially expected to deal with, but they just got on with it, tracked down the problem and sorted it. They were pleasant and helpful through our and tidied up taking all rubbish with them. Thanks for a great job - highly recommend this firm if you want a job done well and at a very reasonable price.

First time we used Foster Electrical Services and found them an easy company to deal with. They were professional from the very first phone call right through to the final sign of of the system. All work was carried out without any fuss or bother all explained in advance and as work progressed. Would not hesitate in recommending them and will definitely use again in the future.

We had used Fosters before so we knew their work was of a very high standard so when we wanted to install solar panels we chose them again. Dan and his team were thoroughly professional as well as pleasant, friendly and respectful of our property. We were very pleased with the installation and everything was fully explained to us. Nothing was too much trouble. There was also great backup from Pauline and Becky in the office particularly with regard to all the necessary paperwork. We would highly recommend Fosters Electrical Services and we will use them again when we need any further electrical work carried out.

A pleasant young electrician fitted a new kitchen light for us. Later that evening it fell down! But the company were very apologetic and he came back first thing and re fitted it and it has been fine since. We would definitely use this company again.

Appointments were rearranged several times, the first time it was rearranged without noticing me, and later that same day they rearranged it 10 minutes before they were supposed to come by.

On the day that actually ended up coming by the electrician was clueless about what the job was for, despite me already having written out all of the jobs on their website and having one of their employees come around to come and price the job.

This electrician spent a long time faffing around on his phone in the drive blocking others from leaving, I had to remind the electrician of one of the jobs that needed doing.
the house was left in a mess and the plug socket in the living room was left not properly attached as he mentioned that he needed longer screws that he went off and got, i only noticed long after he finished that it wasnt properly finished.

Another of the jobs was left in the incorrect place leaving indoor wires exposed outdoors, which was something that was initially spoken about with the employee that came to price the job, and how that would fail the certificate we were getting them to do.

They came to fix that Job which was the bare minimum.
it took forever to get the certificate back from them.

Customer service \ admin seemed overwhelmed.

I personally would not use this company again.

Came across and completed work to allow for an outside sauna (new line added to fuse box and drilled out). Team of two did it well and provide good advice throughout. Wouldn't hesitate to us again.
