when I bought my Jeep in May of 2024 I never imagined that I would have so many issues with it. I made the choice to take it to Founding Fathers after two other Mechanics couldn't fix her. while it's still an on going process with her I couldn't be more thankful for the guys at Founding Fathers! They have fixed my Jeep on a Monthly basis and worked with my Warranty! they actively care about the issues I've had! they honestly have my forever business!

Mounting and balancing tires
I talked with Jason the day before coming in to swap tires before winter hit. He told me to come in the next day. I get there and the staff was friendly. While I was there, there was a constant flow of customers coming in. Even though they were very busy, everything seemed to be prioritized and completed quickly. The mount and balancing of my tires was done pretty quickly and was extremely reasonably priced. I would recommend this shop to anyone.

Brought two of my cars here a while back, and have been meaning to review for a while. Excellent sevice. Fast, friendly, and kind. One car had the plastic thing underneath break while it was there and they fixed it for us free of charge. Other car had more issues but they still got it done within a couple days. Really appreciated them helping out.

While on vacation, my daughter had serious car issues. Long story short, these guys were professional, honest, and went above and beyond. They could have charged her much much more than they did. Because I was so worried about her traveling alone, I brought the car back the next day, and they did additional diagnostics at no expense! They were also extremely courteous, explaining everything in such a way that I could understand, and gave great advice about how to proceed once she was home. It was indeed a rare experience to have with a car mechanic. I would recommend to everyone. Thank you guys!

Our daughters Kia needed a new steering column and a few other issues resolved as results of a theft. Founding Father's took care of everything from setting up pick up and dealing with our insurance company. We have had extremely consistent, honest and timely service with them every time we have needed it. We have been more than satisfied with their team. We will use them in the future.

Came highly recommended but the last two times I’ve had my car in and dropped off before they opened they still hadn’t even looked at my vehicle by the time I got off work. Feel like they are too busy for their own good sometimes. May do good work but are not quick to get your car in and out even with an appointment. Very frustrating and a waste of my time. Ended up just taking my car somewhere else which was a much better experience. Unfortunately I won’t be back to Founding fathers after my last two experiences.
