They did a good job but we’re not transparent about pricing prior to starting the job. He didn’t even give me the time to explain, I’m guessing because I was woman that came alone, but I was quite upset because I came in discussing that I needed two new tires. They gave me two new tires, a wheel, and fixed my rim on another one. Charged me $250 and tried to illegally charged credit card fees on top of that. I’m upset trying to discuss everything with the guy and all the others smirked and spoke in Spanish with me standing right there. I only came because this was the only spot open but I will never come back.

I had a really bad flat after bumping my tire into a curb while making a right turn (one too many times ?). Was in the area and needed somewhere to fix it ASAP and didn’t feel like waiting for triple A. I was right near here so I figured I’d give it a try. Staff was super friendly and helpful. I got a used tire in good condition on my car within 20 minutes, reasonably priced too. Planning to go back for a quote on some body work on my car as well.

At the beginning they told me $107 it usually standard price for used tires. Than at the end said $170 , he told me I didn't hear him. So in total for 2 used tires I paid $180 with taxes. Rip off. There is another shop next to them they charge fair prices.

Worst customer service I ever experienced, 8 people inside working and I go to pick a tire up and 3 people are eating in the office and they tell me to wait 10 minutes so I can watch them eat there food, but the other 5 people just stood there and didn’t do anything, terrible experience.

While in Arlington visiting our daughter, I hit a curb and cut the tire side wall. After trying multiple web and phone searches, I thought “how about a used tire to get us back to Syracuse”? I called FMUT and they told me they had the correct size in stock. I drove in, they immediately removed the wheels and replaced the tire. Mounted, balanced, pressure checked all in under 30 min. The BEST part... the used tire is an exact replacement of the original!! What luck?! Great job , great service,great price ($100). Highly recommended
