Just discovered that this is the real name for outfox the market!
Absolutely abysmal service. Refusing to give back substantial credit balance and also increased monthly payment without consent just because they thought I’d use more electric! My property has been EMPTY and they were informed of this back in January. Now that I’m back living there, I have moved to a decent electric supplier but am still awaiting refund two months on! AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE.

Had a letter from my existing gas supplier saying we had changed supplier to this company, which I didn't authorise. Had no contact with them. Unable to get in touch with them at all. EDF also couldn't get hold of them to fix this. Eventually EDF managed to but it has taken over 3 months to resolve this issue! Absolutely awful and feels really shady.

Just had a call from my supplier telling me I'm switching away to foxglove with no permission of mine at all.
Ironius transfer if this is how they get custom I don't want to hear their name again.
I have run large sales teams in the South East and hate complaints and this particular type was my worst

They don't even deserve 1 star, but you have to award at least one or the review can't be posted.
I am almost £400 in credit, but they suddenly announced that my DD would increase by £100 a month over the winter months. Their calculations are wrong, largely as they have ignored my monthly meter readings and based my bills on estimates. Then they told me the DD would increase by £50, not £100.
I've applied for a refund of my credit and am waiting for a reply to my e-mail sent over a week ago.
I'm changing my supplier to Bulb.

when I first signed up with Fischer they agreed it would be on receipt of bill. They then started taking my direct debit every month. Eventually got them to agree to a direct debit every quarter (they told me they'd stopped doing on receipt of bill despite what I'd been told when I signed up with them). I've only been with them since May 2018 and they've increased their tarrifs twice. Now suddenly they tell me I have to pay monthly as they no longer accept quarterly payments and have increased my payments by 525%!!! I have cancelled my direct debit and am going elsewhere.

Good prices, but awful customer service.

Stopped sending me bills after a couple of months... I kept submitting meter readings.

At one point I had built up a credit balance of approximately £800, given the disastrous "summer/winter" direct debit fiasco, I feared the company going bust - and asked for my bills.

After multiple emails back and forwards over several months I couldn't get a straight answer, or my monthly bills - so switched supplier.

OTM then managed to calculate all the bills overnight - apart from the final bill, which they said would take upto six weeks.

When I chased after six weeks, I have received avoidance, lies, hand wringing, then a bill for £7700 for one months gas use! (normally £35/month).

The company seem keen to employ bully boy tactics, and opaque responses to any questions - even when the "customer service operative - Audriana Boyce" contradicted herself in emails, she was unable to apologise, just threaten me with a £7700 bill, despite admitting it wasn't correct.

I got some cheap energy from them, but the pay back is customer service from hell - I can't recommend them.

Pay a bit more, go with a company that cares about you. At some point you'll want to move house, or switch suppliers - you won't regret going elsewhere then... you get what you pay for I guess :/

Horrible horrible experience.

They did not do there due diligence and worse still we are a priofity listed address only for them to not heed regulator directives and send bailiffs after they incidiouslly and wrongly calculated our account on many fronts from:

1)Using 1 utility acct instead of #DUAL ACCT as was condition to join otherwise id have to leave..instead they strung us along regardless of this policy knowing we were novices.

2) Not following ofgem directives on priority listed address clients ie disability clients whivh we are!

3) Horrid rude customers service.

4)None of the cashback promised paid except once or so but today they claim we owe near 6k for an H.A 2bed flat...folks pls beware of baby cowboys like them who got there licence just in 2017 & who know notjing in the field because i regret the day i joined them

4) False listing on my acct claiming that we had smart meter

5) Due diligence misplaced - Even the bill We were paying via DD to their own business acct was not known to them thus our acct & payment wasnt monitored for 2yrs/so, i think they own multiple dodgy accts instead they falsely & forcefully issued a claim against us which was a mistake of theres nearly leaving me to commit suicide as a result of their malpractices and maladministration which was always done under duress of their pressure meanwhile they were ghastly wrong all along -
(ABOVE WAS ONLY FOUND OUT THRU 3RD PARTY ADVOCACY HELP RECENTLY)

We are bereft & very bitter we have but no choice but to sue for damages!

6) 2 METERs were also found to be registered at our address....

7) They even managed to co-eorced the energy ombudsman on their lies & sharade until truth came out!

These company OFTM aka Foxglove energy are the devil in disguise and ill fight to my last breath to seek redress and justice!!!

They really hurt us!

I can only wish BBC, C4 NEWS , OFGEM READ SOME OF THESE COMMENTS OF CUSTOMERS...as ive written to them. I await social media uptake on these!

Was really pleased with this company until they decided to implement a new direct debit policy which increases my direct debit over £80 during the winter months. It IS cheaper in summer to be fair, however I can't afford that increase and expect to pay an average throughout the year, with correction bills as needed. Will be changing my energy supplier immediately.
