We appointed FRC to undertake a number of FRAEW assessments on our buildings, although this process is still in progress, so far we have been thoroughly impressed by the service they have offered. The team in the office are attentive and very responsive to calls and emails, and the engineers that have been to site are presentable, considerate and very knowledgeable. In addition, FRC delivered a CPD session to a number of our staff members, the session covered the Fire Safety Act and Building Safety Act. It was a fantastic overview of what is a complex matter and extremely well delivered. Thank you.
