We are Landlords and own several properties in the Margate area. We have used Marvin and his team at Free Flo for many years. They carry out annual safety checks for us, they have replaced boilers for us and have often gone to the rescue of our tenants when they have a boiler breakdown.
We have found them a fantastic company to deal with, they are prompt, efficient, communicate and reply to requests quickly and have a very fair pricing structure.
All in all, they are a highly professional outfit and we would not go anywhere else.

It was an absolute pleasure working with Freeflo. They'd done some work for me last year so I went back to them this year and they were friendly, efficient and helpful. Booking the appointment was quick and easy and they worked to my timetable. They arrived when they said they would and simply got on with their job while I was able to get on with other things.

An excellent experience from start to finish! Marvin was a great communicator and explained everything in full. No hidden costs or surprises and he was able to replace our boiler the next day so we didn’t have to go without hot water. Big shout out to Paul the fitter who left the place clean and tidy.

Reliable company. The contractor turned up at time stated, was polite and friendly. He detected the problem and fixed it, (a leak from a pipe behind a unit that was flooding the kitchen) so we were very thankful and wouldn't hesitant to call them with any problems in the future.
