Sam was excellent. We bought in a laptop, which was refusing to boot up, to see if the data could be recovered before it was sent off for a warranty repair. We didn't hold out much hope as another IT chap, who knows his stuff, had already tried. But Sam managed to sort it. Great chap, great service. Will use again.
