Amazing service. I was fixing my Instax Mini 8 with a clasp that snapped, preventing the film door from staying shut; I couldn't find a spare anywhere, but after contacting Fuji they offered to send me a spare. It was even luckier that I was close enough to drive in and pick it up, which they were happy to have ready when I arrived. They even gave a couple extra ones, just in case. So friendly, efficient and to do it for free is amazing. Thank you Fujifilm UK!

I have an XF18-55 lens which looked perfect but had modest widespread white flare if the sun was in the frame. I sent it for disassembly and internal cleaning at Fujifilm at a fixed price (for any service) of £108 + I paid £25 extra to expedite. Service was amazing including sending a box with fitted packing to send off the lens - and replacement of a lens group within the fixed charge. A week later my lens was safely returned - immaculate and white flare completely gone. Fantastic - could not have been more pleased.

I had a faulty lens which needed fixing. I needed it fast tracked and as I was local I was able to drop it off. Within two hours the lens was fixed and ready to go. Very exceptional service by FujiFilm who quickly solved the issue and really helped me out!

Great service from start to finish as others have stated. X-T30 serviced & 10-24 complete re-build when both severly damaged in a storm. X-T20 had a new sensor, motherboard & top plate replaced all within the fixed price. Nothing appears too much trouble & very helpful on the telephone

Sent my X-Pro1 in for a service and for the LCD window to replaced as it was mottled. Fujifilm were extremely quick and professional. I would definitely use them again if my camera is still not obsolete by the time I need them.

One of my lenses had a little white hair inside. I sent it out to be serviced and received it back nice and clean within about a week. Fuji repair UK are doing a great job, highly trusted and recommended.

Fuji received my camera on Monday and notified me as soon as they received it, notified me on Wednesday that it had been dispatched and I received it Thursday morning at 10.40. the repair they did made my camera look like new. That's what i call incredible service and customer care, well done Fuji and thank you.
4 years on and a problem with a different camera, had a great conversation with Albert on Tues, return boxes and labels were delivered to me on Wed morning, back in the post to them same day, received an email and text at 9am Thurs saying received, email and text the same afternoon saying repair was being dispatched, email received this morning Fri saying 9-10 am, DPD arrived at 9.30am, what a service, absolutely brilliant Fuji. Basically 48 hrs, beats all the competition hands down.

Exceptional service from Fujifilm who repaired and cleaned my much abused XT2 on the day they recieved it AND dispatched back the same day. A four day turnaround the week before Christmas and got back what looks like a new camera. Really happy with the service centre.
