Absolutely shocking AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!
Their supplier never sent a bill - no meter readings - just deducted from my bank account the amount of money they fancied.
FPU customer service non-existent.
No apology. And no way forward.
Oh but I did get sales calls about renewing with them as a broker!!

I went on a refresher course at the Full Power Utilities Ltd head offices, learning about the history of the commercial utilities market, the fundamentals of gas, electricity and water generation and supply, how the procurement process works, and how to analyse an energy bill. I have worked with the company as a premier introducer for a couple of years now and have always been impressed by their attention to detail, friendly service, and how impressed my clients have been with the process working with them directly.

This company is truly amazing, especially the customer support team and I have to mention Martine Summers who is just brilliant and very supportive. We have an industrial warehouse which we divided into 10 units for automotive businesses. We installed a new supply to each unit and at install the energy provider mixed up all the meters so bills were going to the wrong tenant. To cut a long story short, after 2.5 years, huge amounts of emails, phone calls and zoom meetings, everything eventually got resolved with the energy supplier. I need to point out that we would have never go there if it wasnt for all the support and effort Full Power Utilities put into helping sort it out. Thank you so much and this review is the least I could do for them.

Please guys do not ever use this company for business. I know this company from friends involvement and wouldn't recommend. Go to main suppliers not brokers you will save money and time. This company does not care about you they make the commission wake up people please read the bad reviews. The good ones are bad the their friends and staff.

Customer service is very slow. Customer service by phone is a different team to those who look after emails, which makes it difficult to chase an inquiry. Otherwise seems good, and they're fast once they get around to your query

I’m really pleased with the service provided by Joey and his team at Full Power Utilities. The contract has saved us from considerable cost increases during the current energy crisis. Their communication was always excellent and they were clear about the process and open about their commission.

Avoid at all costs!!!!
I have made the worst error by trusting this company to represent my best interests in my business utilities for Gas & Electric.
This company would have earned a handsome commission on a 3 year contract for both.
The most uncaring & unprofessional broker as they have just demonstrated.
Accepting Pozitive Energy setting up direct debits and collecting 3 payments without prior permission or taking the time to inform me.
Extremely poor communication aftercare customer service as this situation has dragged on since 8/11/21. Despite my best efforts sending numerous emails I am just ignored.
Your response is such a cheap tacky trick!!

Billing residents of apartment blocks without prior agreement, charge extra account setup fees and data collection fees. No transparency or agreement on data usage before account setup as they setup accounts all on their own end. I am not sure how anything they do is legal.
