1 star is being generous. I used this company at the recommendation of my boiler manufacturer (Aztec/Trianco) so assumed they should be trustworthy and perform work to a safe standard. They installed my boiler illegally with live wires poking out all over the place and left it in a dangerous state. Also no paperwork, no guarantee registration and when I tried to get in contact had disappeared off the face of the earth. As a result, I now face huge bills and have to have my entire heating system ripped out and reinstalled to make it safe. Avoid them.

Fantastic service, so impressed with the work. Boiler and insulation fitted. Couldn't be happier. Would highly recommend. Don't quite understand the negative feedback from other customers. All I can say is my experience with fusion has been first class.

Avoid! They fitted an oil boiler that is now being removed and replaced due to the poor quality and installation. 1 star is being generous

Installed the wrong boiler. No paperwork - no certificates for installation, commissioning. Will not respond to requests for paperwork and no comment on fitting a lower spec boiler despite our paying for a better one.
