Had a leak from my cold water pipe in kitchen ceiling turned out to be multiple leaks. mahmet the engineer went above and beyond, fixed the problem and also did service on my boiler. Work standard was excellent, kept me informed and cleaned up after the work was done. Would highly recommend this company and will be my first call for boiler service next year. Thanks again Mehmet and fusion.

THE MAIN PROBLEM IS I'VE GOT NO CHOICE OF WHO FITS THE EV.. I WILL BE CONTACTING MOBILITY.. BECAUSE THEY AREN'T BOTHERED IF YOU AREN'T PAYING THE BILL.. Booked in to have an EV charger fitted, the electrician was nearly an hour late which would mean he wouldn't be finished until late teatime, the last thing my partner wants is someone banging and drilling when he'd finished work!.. plus I was going out.. he lived nearly 50 miles away [instead of finding and giving local electrians the work]... meaning he wouldn't get home until late evening... That was last Wednesday and it's now Monday and no one has been in touch to rebook the appointment ?.. strange way of working.. I don't understand why they are fitting bathrooms they can't do basic work

Fantastic company. We rang to say our boiler wasn’t working and making a loud noise. 15 minutes later, an engineer arrived. 15 minutes!!! The engineer was great. He was only here about 10 minutes and fixed it. Given how cold it is at the moment, we were really worried that it would take ages to get someone, so we’re very impressed with Fusion gas. Thank you

We had our combi boiler replaced and a wireless thermostat fitted. Dwayne and Dan worked tirelessly throughout the installation. They did a great job and left the space clean and the brickwork looking better than it had been Dwayne explained the Hive app in detail too. Woukk look d recommend them wholeheartedly. Thanks guys

Was badly let down by another company who diagnosed a fault on my boiler stating it was the gas valve and was an expensive job the said company never responded when given the work this left us with a new born baby with no hot water or heating.
I contacted Fusion Gas Ltd, who sent one of their engineers he 're diagnosed and found the problem was the ignition block and not the gas valve has previously diagnosed by the other company this saved me a few hundred pounds Fusion completed the repair in no time giving us heat and hot water can't thank the company enough I highly recommend them for all your plumbing work and repairs just get quote quality service.

Best service ever! Not only did they fit a new boiler for me with a 10 year warranty, but it was drastically cheeper than the other quotes I was given, and the job was done in a flash. Would highly recommend!!!! Got great company out of it too!
