Future Power Team were recommended to us by one of our family members who had used them 2 years ago. We found the whole process and service from initial discussions with Kane through quotation, scaffolding, roofer/panel installer, electricians and all administration to final commissioning to be thoroughly professional. The explanation of how the system and App works and explanation of how we get on to a solar tariff with our electricity supplier was excellent and they have been there for any questions and assistance required. The solar panels are also very modern and sleek and much more aesthetically pleasing than others we have seen on houses. All work was carried out in a timely manner and the quality of everything appears very good. We would have no problem recommending Future Power Team to anyone.

It's true what everyone is saying on the reviews, this company is amazing. I had 3 quotes for a solar system with battery and Future Power Team were by far the best out of all 3. They were not the cheapest or the dearest, but Kane who came out to see us was so knowledgeable and seemed genuine in making sure we got the best system suited to our needs. We needed a system that worked well especially with us having an EV car (BTW Kane thanks for the heads up about contacting Podpoint, you were right, we did need to get the charger updated by Podpoint, saved me stressing trying to get the car charger working ?).
Kane also mentioned if they had an empty slot with installation would we be happy to get it done sooner ...and it was, in just 8 days from Kane's visit, and that included the surveyor coming round as well!
The installers were prompt, worked hard and even replaced a couple of broken roof tiles which I didn't know about.
The electricians also turned up on time and had a good workaround when there was an issue connecting the equipment. They installed conduit from the loft to the meter box (there was an issue as the car charger/fuse board had taken a lot of room.
As mentioned in other reviews, they ensured the panels were installed in the best position (our south facing roof has an apex).
The only drawback I have, is that I am obsessed with looking at the app and watching the power being generated, going to the battery and the amount going into the national grid! ?

It really is time to tell others who intend to use the services of Future Power Team some truth about the services. I decided 6 months ago to buy a complete solar system with installation from the company. My first contact with this team, I liked everything about kindness, honesty, people of their word, etc. The beginning with the installation was very fast from setting up the scaffolding to the very end, the director of this company had a well-organized team that did all the work professionally until the end. I ask the person who installed the solar panels on the roof if I can use his ladder while the scaffolding is there to clear the decisions, he says not to worry, he will do it for me, when he left I climbed the scaffolding and borrowed a big ladder from a neighbor and I was surprised everything was cleaned. Another problem with the octopus company was that they could not install a charger for electric cars because there were some solar system devices installed in the electric meter box. I called the team from future solar energy, a friendly woman told me she would talk to the director and he called after 10 minutes the problem no longer existed because he sent his team to do it so that octopus could finish installing the EV charger. During the installation of the solar system, the director of the Future Power Team came twice just to see how the installation was going. For now, this company should get 10 stars from me, but unfortunately it can't be given more than 5 stars. Very satisfied with the services of this team Future Power Team.
