Really poor

I just checked my invoice and noticed they charged my for 10 boxes of screws instead of 1 and also 20 wago boxes instead of 10, 1 genuine mistake would be acceptable 2 is corrupt business practice and unethical and illegal, my guess is they try it on when you're buying on a company account.

I did sign for it in a rush so I have no recourse.

Been coming here for years as walk in customer. We have a large contract in Manchester with electricity north west new connections contract. We popped in the other day and they tried to ream us for some white plastic conduit parts, they wanted £211. We popped in to screw fix next door… £38. Before this price we were about to ask for quote for multi core steel armoured cables, spent £1800 with cleavland cables shortly after. Will never come back again.

Very friendly staff. Always there to help. The crew at the counter are knowledgeable and are fun to chat with.
When something is not on stock they will search their sister companies and other branches and let you know when it's received.

Done a delivery here... No one was interested in unloading me. All I kept getting told was "someone will come out to you"
Got a few looks that made me suspect that no one wanted me there.
Eventually someone came out to me. To be fair, he was a decent lad. But overall review of the place

Good wholesaler, helpful and reliable stock. They have legrand which is great, glad they're here. Only thing I wish they had that's hard to find is ABB PMA conduit and they'd have everything I ever wanted! Haha
