Always check the price on the receipt after purchasing- I agreed on a price with them over the phone & in store, saw him write it down, but was charged extra on the card reader. Only noticed once home.
Edit: I believe this was just a mistake, so can’t fault them - they offer an excellent repair service, recommend.
