Excellent service. I had an issue with the delivery of my game so called the helpline. My call was answered pretty much immediately and I spoke to Claire who was very friendly and helpful. It took a little bit of time to get an update from the various parties involved but in the end gamesquest sent a replacement with expedited delivery and I had my game the next day.

My first time backing anything on Backerkit, and an unplanned military move caused my order to slip through a mail hold/forward and be delivered to my old address. The new resident was kind enough to drop it back off at the post office with my forwarding address, but where it went from there, I don’t know. I didn’t know who to contact but
eventually I got directed to the right people at GamesQuest. Lauren was quick, friendly, and was able to get my order resent to the correct address. Its so rare these days to feel connected and genuinely want to help each other - especially across different countries. Thank you to all who were involved. I launched my game Pantheum on Kickstarter in 2024 and used GamesQuest as my fulfillment partner to deliver 1,600 orders around the world. As a first time creator, there is a lot of learn and a lot that you could potentially do wrong, but Nigel and Paul were happy to answer all of my logistics questions before we even partnered together.

Once I was a client, I worked with James who patiently answered my daily emails over about a month and a half to better understand the global fulfillment process. At the end, their price was right on point from what I had been expecting and I would use them again for Kickstarter fulfillment!
