Emergency call out, work required - all sorted quickly. 10/10
Can't rate this company and staff highly enough. Great communication and excellent service. Guests reported problem with boiler as they were staying in my holiday home. Rang late Friday pm and call answered quickly. Asked if anything that could be advised over the phone, engineer was consulted. Advised of outcome; appointment arranged for Monday . Engineer rang following appointment to explain the problem. Knew that new guests coming mid week. Parts were ordered following day and work was done and completed on Wednesday. Guest was able to arrive.

After contacting several air conditioning companies in Norwich, Gas and Air tech were the only company that responded. Within a month of initially requesting a quote, I have an installed air conditioning system. The quality of the work is excellent, the office staff and engineers are friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Great communication throughout and respectful of my property. I highly recommend this great company.

Gas and Air Tech did a brilliant job of installing our boiler in what was a fairly awkward place in the loft. They were on time, courteous, and left the site as they found it. Most importantly, the system works brilliantly and the quality of work was superb. Would definitely recommend these guys; we had toyed with the idea of using a third party service like 'heatable' but we didn't like the idea of not knowing who was going to do the install. So glad we chose Gas and Air tech instead - the price was very similar too. Highly Recommended.

I would thoroughly recommend this firm, from quote to installation. Most helpful after first contact. My boiler was deemed beyond economical repair. Gas and Air Tech fitted a new Worcester Bosch combi boiler. I am very happy with the workmanship of the engineer who was very neat and tidy. Both Sandra and Gino were very helpful at all times.

Excellent service all round. I had a new combi boiler installed at my home as my old one was deemed unfit and beyond economical repair. They fitted the next day!. I first used Gas&Air Tech 5 years ago to replace a poorly fitted boiler. I was impressed from the start. The price was excellent, they were the cleanest workers I've ever had and the boiler, together with the extra work needed was completed quickly and efficiently. I haven't had a minutes problem with that boiler. Since then Gino had fitted another 2 boilers for me. Again price, efficiency and cleanliness were exemplary. An excellent company with an excellent reputation.
