First time to use GATC. What a great facility. Great team of training instructors and assessor's. First class facilities. This is by far the best centre I have been to. I would highly recommend this centre. Thanks for all your help.

I have been attending GATC as a new Gas entry course started 25 October 2022 my trainer
Philip Williams is unprofessional and been racist towards me and called me BinLaden during the practical lesson. Also he never liked Asian people as he called them dirty people in there houses. During the lesson he always answering his phone calls and booking jobs I have recorded him very unprofessional.

When I passed my exam on controls my trainer
Philip Williams he was not happy and ask me how did you get all the answers correctly. Very shocking behaviour.

My advice to everyone please don’t waste your time at GATC and look elsewhere for training. The worse training centre in Wales be careful guys.

Also when I made complaint to one of the Owner at GATC John Forrest about racism Mr Forrest his clearly defending the company reputation, when I showed him when Philip Williams Wrote my name as Ahmed Jones on ID Warning form before he wrote he said put your name BinLaden John Forrest denied and reply it is customer’s details which is not correct.

I have reported to Certain and forwarded all the evidence and racism allegations towards me during the few weeks I have been attending.

What happened to me as been a Muslim person and how he treated me and left me scared.

I have already reported the matter to the racially Equality in wales.

What an absolutely fantastic place this is. Knowledgeable instructors and well setup, puts you at ease so less stressful. Done my gas and oil here in the last couple of year's. Highly recommended.
