Staff at the caernarfon depot are ok. Polite and helpful, but I'm not sure if it's the fault of the main depot in Coventry that cause the problem with our account. Constantly being sent letters for a debt that nobody can give us an explanation!
A trip to the caernarfon depot eventually she'd light.
My only gripe is they don't pick up all of the empties when asked.
