It was always very easy to make telephone contact with the office. Liaising with the administration team was always easy: Becky was always polite & informative & never failed to respond to any queries, whether it be by email or phone.

The manual workers completed the job before expected, even though they came across a problem on the first day. They were extremely tidy & safety conscious.

I was asked by my employers to organise getting a gas supply into a commercial building which we have just acquired as it didn't have one already.
I found GEC from a google search, sent an enquiry and Sam called me back very quickly, she was very knowledgeable and patient with me who has no experience of organising this. She got us a quote very quickly which we have now accepted, just waiting for installation now ?
It's very refreshing being able to talk to the same person and not sent to a call centre, so not having to explain our story every time I had to call was very beneficial.
