We got Gas Monster in to do a number of plumbing jobs for us, including replacing two radiators, replacing a wash basin, getting a toilet to flush properly etc. Firstly, unlike so many businesses these days, they not only reply but do so promptly. They've been delightful to deal with, thoroughly professional, left everything immaculate and everything they've done works as it should do. Everything was done in the promised time scale, they were here at 8.00am sharp each day, and the quote was what we paid: no nasty surprises. Very happy with them: they're definitely now our go-to plumbers. They may not be the cheapest, but you do genuinely get what you pay for. Great service all round.

Dayne and Connor came and did an excellent job this morning replacing my kitchen taps and a heater. They were very helpful and friendly and left the place clean. The Gas Monster office are also very efficient and I would thoroughly recommend this company.

Engineers arrived on time, were helpful and friendly, spent the morning replacing our shower pump and explained afterwards what they had done, then cleaned up thoroughly when they had finished. The usual good service we have come to expect from Gas Monster.
