DO NOT use this company for air conditioning installation.
We had two separate issues with units installed by Paul, both due to poor installation. Daikin, the manufacturer, had to send their own engineers out twice to fix the problems. It took multiple attempts over several months just to get in touch with Paul and arrange for these repairs. After that, he stopped responding entirely—ignoring all calls and emails and never offering any explanation or compensation for his inadequate work.

First encounter with Gas north east. Polite and very good communication as to job progress. They attended to my situation with the utmost professionalism. Boiler changed over by a very clean and attentative team. Will definitely recommend.

Extremely happy with Gas North East Ltd. Came home from work at night to find my boiler had an error code due to some sensors. No hot water or heating!
Contacted so many local businesses with no luck of getting anyone out or a response and I was going on holiday the next day! Paul contacted me quickly and arranged a day as soon as I was back to come check it for me.
After coming and checking the issue in the morning he had the parts sorted straight away and the work carried out the same day with everything back on and even carried out a service.
Guys that carried out the work were very nice and professional.
Extremely well priced for the work done and can’t recommend them enough!

Paul and his team came and fitted two new radiators which included adjusting the pipe work. The job was done without drama and to a professional standard. When paying at the end I sent a bank transfer but quickly realised I had overpaid, no problem at all Paul went home and reimbursed me the same day. Professional and trustworthy. I would use Gas North East again every time.

What can i say about Paul. Nothing was a problem for him, he was very polite and friendly. He fixed my hot water boiler for me very quickly so i was not without heating which was good in this cold weather. Thank you Paul.
