Been using gas uk for years, had an issue with a bottle last week for my tig welder. Initially quite disappointed as I have quite a bit of work on, however they swapped the bottle out within 24 hours, very rare for such quick service from a gas supplier. Happy to leave a good review if you need anything ask for Oly he will sort you out!

Paid for pick up early yesterday, told pick up would be today between 9 and 5, guess what !! no pick up today, wasted the day waiting. Bottle deposit was 75 quid...charge for pick up and admin is 35 quid....One more company I have sacked....Much better service from a local company I've been using for a while...bye bye UK GAS....you're full of it !!!

Have had ongoing back and forth finally got through to a helpful guy on the phone, will have to see what happens with my order, not overly impressed with the service. No delivery confirmation email and up till now a lack of regard for my order being late. However the person I got through to today was helpful and seemed more understanding than others I’ve got through to previously.

Unfortunately Google reviews will not let me leave 0 stars. Absolute shocking company, with even worse customer service. From the outside the website and product range looks fantastic, however they never have anything in stock. I have now had several run ins. 48hr deliveries turn into weeks. Part of orders missing and they say we have received them. The site manager (Chris) argues with us by email. The worst part was they said we did not send back bottles for our refund, when their own driver collected. After weeks of back and forth. They finally admitted they have found the bottles.....No apology received. Avoid this company at all costs.

I placed an order and was told it would be delivered on a certain day which worked for our needs. I was called on the delivery day and told that the shipper would not be able to deliver that day. I had to cancel the order due to leaving on holiday early the next morning. The refund was never issued. I called after 2 weeks when I checked for the refund. The gentleman I spoke to was not very friendly, but said he would issue a refund. He only issued part of the refund. I called back to ask why and he said it was shipped so they wouldn't refund the shipping. I informed him it was never shipped, he put me on hold to check. When he returned to the line he stated that it was refunded and then hung up on me. The first impression I received from them was great, but they turned out to be rude, and somewhat reluctant to issue my refund. We will NOT be dealing with them again!

Ordered a part that turned out to be faulty. Numerous calls before someone answered. Was told to email a pic and would be delt with straight away. No response so tried calling again today and no answer. Poor customer service and it seems a lot of reviews agree. Avoid.

Update - I was contacted a week after this review and told a replacement would be sent out for delivery the following day. Never received. Tried calling a couple more times and no answer. Ive given up and bought locally. Avoid.
