Recently had my old boiler replaced, after breaking down on me, was moved to a closer date due to it breaking down before it was planned to be changed. Had a great quotation from grace who was very knowledgeable. Boiler changed and new radiator put on opposite wall all done in two days with a really good finish. Happy with the works.

Well after 32 years my faithful work horse boiler decided it couldn’t go on any more and retired itself this putting me in a decision of where to go to get a replacement.
Well I definitely made the right decision in choosing gascare services barwell after recommendations and looking at there excellent reviews. Grace came out and discussed all my needs and options and made the decision a lot easier for me. Well I’ve had my new boiler now for Just over a week and it’s working great, it’s a lot more energy efficient and quieter than my other one so can I honestly say gascare were excellent from day one and they have a excellent, professional and friendly work team behind them who installed the new boiler in a day clearing and tidying up as they went a long. I also had the hive fitted so I can control all heating options on my phone it’s a great peace of kit and easy to work I would defo recommend this peace of kit as an addition to any boiler heating system.
If in doubt where to go I would defo recommend gascare services barwell I’ll be definitely using in the future.

One of the best boile service providers. I had boiled fitted by them a couple of years ago. Very professionally, competitive prices, very friendly staff. Highly recommend 👌 since then I've had boiler service done by them and have been very happy. Engineers always call in advance to make sure you'll be home, which is very helpful.

We have used GasCare services several times for checking over an aging boiler as they have always been reliable and knowledgeable.
Unusually we had to have multiple visits to resolve an issue following a boiler service - it was a tricky one to diagnose as our programmer unit had a temperamental fault that which happened to be working OK for the first visit. The engineer replaced the likely culprit (valve) and had said the proposed fix would likely resolve the issue but sadly the fault re-occurred. A further visit to continue fault finding coincided with the intermittent electrical controller fault occuring and the engineer confirmed a replacement controller waa deffinetly the root cause. We took the opportunity to upgrade to a Nest smart thermostat and the engineer was able to order and install in a short time frame.
I know intermittent issues are hard to diagnose - despite multiple visits for this particular issue, I was impressed with the customer service and support provided (office admin) including the professionalism and hard working nature of the engineers (particularly Liam) attending site.
