Having dealt with Gasco for a number of years for servicing my boiler I decided that it was time for a replacement. Discussed with their engineer options I had who explained without any sales pressure being applied. Detailed quote received, order placed and fitted all within 3 weeks. Engineers arrived on time and worked efficiently throughout very clean and tidy and explained in detail operation of the new boiler before leaving. Would highly recommend.

We've had Gasco for the first time today to service our boiler... A nice young man, Will, called ahead of his arrival ... Not long after there was a knock on the door... We showed him where the boiler was and he got to work straight away... As it was our first time using Gasco to our surprise and delight Will took the boiler apart enough to thoroughly clean and inspect inside and hoover out any debris, this has never been done by any other gas company before... It was good to hear all was well with the boiler internally..
He also checked for any gas pressure drops which no-one had ever bothered to do before... We had a great price for the service much cheaper than many other local companies.... Will was very polite from start to finish.... Thank you for your conscientious work... Would definitely recommend and will certainly be using Gasco in the future...

PS The lady on the phone who booked the service was also very lovely and polite which also needs a mention... A company is only as good as the people it employs...
