After having significant problems with a another agent, which result in a collapsed sale, Steph and the team swept in, and managed to sell our house for a price we were happy with within 3 weeks of going to market. Absolutely brilliant! These were our vendors estate agents and without them the whole process would have been a nightmare for us.
We were only a small chain and we used an online company to complete our sale. What a mistake that was! The online company could not be contacted easily and you waited days for a response. Gascoigne Halman were at the end of a telephone. They dealt with all the questions we had promptly and responded to any messages within the day. They kept us up to date with how far along in the proceedings we were and even chased up our estate agents when we could not. Our estate agents actually only contacted us once.
I have no hesitation in recommending Gascoigne Halman to anyone. If we ever move again they will be the only estate agents we would consider using. They are friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. I really can’t praise them enough.
