I contacted Gas-Fix after my Carbon Monoxide monitor sounded on New Year's Day.
We opened windows and alarm stopped. I phoned the office next morning and spoke to Melissa. She rang back in 5 minutes to tell me that an engineer would be with me shortly.
Andrew Babb came and thoroughly checked the boiler which was working correctly.
He also checked the Hive and advised new batteries. Also checked the gas hob.
He explained clearly what he had done and what the problem was. I was very happy with his explanation and the prompt response from Gas-Fix

We have been customers of Gas Fix for 3 years, since they installed a new boiler for us. They have given excellent service whenever we have needed them. All of our call-outs have been to fix other parts of the heating system and not for the boiler.
Most recently, our annual boiler service was completed last weekend. The engineer, Craig, arrived in the time slot we were given, with a text message letting us know when he was on his way. After showing him where everything he might need was, Craig completed the service without disturbing us at all. The boiler is now purring away nicely and ready for the winter.
